Hey, bulldogs! My name is Ms. Chartier,  I teach second grade here at Clarke Elementary (aka the best grade EVER!!). I am originally from Massachusetts, where the winters can be very snowy. I graduated from Bay Path University before moving to North Carolina in 2019. Teaching is my favorite thing to do, right after spending time with my family and pets! I also love the beach, video games, and anything green.
